MammalianMedia is pleased to announce that the short film Sleeping with Family (2015) will be screened at Reelworld Festival

Now in its 16th year, the Reelworld Film Festival is dedicated to harnessing the power of film as a force for social good. We believe great stories are the beginning of great solutions. Our mission is to unlock the power of film by connecting inspired people to inspired partners. Our audience is a young, diverse, 20,000+ strong community of socially engaged citizens who care deeply about how their lives impact their communities and the planet.

Sleeping with Family is about sleeping arrangements in a low-income neighbourhood as described by 15 teenagers living in Parkdale, Toronto. Disguised to protect their identities, the young people in the film discuss their living conditions, particularly the absence of, and negotiations for privacy living in close quarters with multiple family members.
