Malik Musleh is the Director of Grants, Foundation and Government Relations. He has been with UNITY since 2008 in several staff capacities. He joined the organization as a grant writer after receiving his Masters of Arts in History from Wilfrid Laurier University. Identifying with UNITY’s mission and mandate to inspire youth through creative arts, Malik has used his love for books and narrative storytelling to contribute to the growth and success of the charity. He is responsible for engaging new revenue streams with a focus on public funding. Malik’s professional interests include public policy issues, specifically dealing with the development of social and education policy. When not at work Malik enjoys staying active, travelling, reading, and volunteering with a variety of arts organizations. He also likes to boogie on occasion.
