Kathy Walker PRESIDENT (Philosophy Professor, Ryerson University) is an adjunct professor in the Department of Philosophy at Ryerson University and a doctoral student in Social and Political Thought at York University. Her interests and expertise include the intersection between art and politics, human rights, and international politics.

Yvonne Ng TREASURER (Film Print Maintenance Coordinator, Canadian Filmmakers Distribution Centre) is managing editor at Public, an interdisciplinary journal of art and culture. Yvonne also organizes and participates in many creative and community projects, including the arts and crafts collective Upbag.

Carrie Sager SECRETARY (Executive Director Flip Publicity & Promotions Inc.) is Toronto's principle theatre publicist and former board member of a number of Toronto's best theatre companies. Her expertise is in publicity and marketing.

Darren Wershler-Henry MEMBER (Assistant Professor, Communication Studies Wilfred Laurier University) is the former senior editor at Coach House Books, author or co-author of five books about technology and culture and two books of poetry. His most recent books are The Iron Whim: A Fragmented History of Typewriting, and a new book of poetry, apostrophe with Bill Kennedy. His current areas of interest include social software, and the relationship of conceptual art and procedural poetics to the development of new media technologies.
